Chef Nobu Matsuhisa aims to innovate and present unique dishes that infuse Japanese and Peruvian flavors, providing an exciting new palate of tastes for his guests. This unique take on traditional Japanese cuisine is often referred to as "Nobu style," and offers guests an authentic experience that includes not just the food, but also the ambience, service, and even the architectural design of his establishments. Nobu Grand Wailea brings these elements together to create a holistic dining experience that immerses guests in Chef Nobu's unique culinary vision.
Indulge in the ultimate Nobu Grand Wailea dining experience with our Signature Omakase. This chef-curated, 8-course journey showcases Nobu's signature creations featuring three cold dishes, one sushi course, two hot dishes, soup, and a decadent dessert. Available for parties of up to 6 guests. Offered daily until 7:30pm.
